General Sponsorships
Education Sessions
By sponsoring one or many of the education sessions, your logo and branding is included in the signage for that specific course. You can provide handouts to pass out during the course, to further your branding. In some instances, you also get the opportunity to introduce the speaker/session.
Education Session Giveaways
Everyone loves a giveaway and your company can be recognized throughout the event. You can either donate gift cards you pre-purchase, or give us the funds and we can purchase the gift cards. We will do random giveaways throughout the events general sessions, afternoon breakouts, etc. They can be varying amounts, and any variety of vendors...however we recommend keeping them to locations throughout the state.
Bags at Registration
This is an opportunity for your team members to present throughout the event and handout bags (or other goodies) as people check-in for CONVO. A special spot is reserved near the registration area.
Wednesday
Irish Pub Overall Sponsor
We are changing the Pere into a lively Irish pub atmosphere filled with games, good company and relaxed setting. It is a great way to unwind after a long day. Your name/logo will be on branding for the event both before & during.
Thursday
Opening Session
One of the most coveted sponsorships, this guarantees you a captive audience to get your message out. Use this to help generate traffic before the Tradeshow and drive people to your booth.
Tradeshow Luncheon Food Truck
Brings in the most people throughout the event, and everyone is going to need to eat, so use this to drive traffic to your booth, by having your name/logo at the food truck.
Tradeshow Entertainment/Add-On
A variety of options available whether it is a roaming celebrity character, caricature artist, masseuse, or more. Big I Illinois team will work with you to create this great added feature to drive traffic your way. This is a unique opportunity to stand out during the Tradeshow.
