The purpose of the Big I Illinois Young Agents Committee is to help advance the careers of young Independent Insurance Agents by:
Improving communication skills
Sharpening marketing and sales talents
Providing opportunities to cultivate professional and interpersonal relationships
Developing overall knowledge and expertise
Enlightening agents on the importance of advocacy and legislative involvement to protect the interests of clients and businesses
The IL YAC promotes the independent agency system as a boundless career choice for young people.
