Young Agents Committee

The purpose of the Big I Illinois Young Agents Committee (YAC) is to help advance the careers of young Independent Insurance Agents by:

  • Improving communication skills

  • Sharpening marketing and sales talents

  • Providing opportunities to cultivate professional and interpersonal relationships

  • Developing overall knowledge and expertise

  • Enlightening agents on the importance of advocacy and legislative involvement to protect the interests of clients and businesses
