The Big I Illinois Young Agents Network (YAN) connects young and early-career insurance professionals through education, networking opportunities, and leadership development. By joining, you’ll gain access to our online community and receive YAN-specific updates, events, and resources through the newsletter, YAC Chat. The network is free to join and open to all insurance professionals, licensed or not, who are under age 41 or have fewer than five years in the industry.
Attending Big I events and getting involved in industry activities has been incredibly beneficial for our young employees.
