Ethics

As an Illinois Licensed Producer, you are required by the Illinois Department of Insurance to take a three (3) hour Ethics course every renewal cycle.

Flood

Big I Illinois offers Flood Training Webinars meeting the necessary requirements of the Illinois Department of Insurance and the NFIP.

Pre-Licensing Courses

In order to obtain an insurance license in the state of Illinois you must take a pre-licensing course and pass a state proctored exam. This pre-licensing course will successfully prepare you for the information you will encounter on the exam.

Big I Illinois offers three self-study options to help you receive CE credits on your own time, and also receiving a refresher on terms and current laws.

Academy of Insurance

We’ve partnered with the Insurance Journal’s Academy of Insurance (IJA) to offer members discounted access to one-hour, non-CE online courses on sales, agency management, HR, coverage analysis and more.

Scholarships

Big I Illinois and our industry partners offer scholarship opportunities for CSRs and agents looking to enhance their knowledge with designation programs, or to those new to the industry and just getting started.
