    The insurance industry is standing at the edge of a significant generational shift. For the first time in history, as many as four generations are working side by side in the workplace. At the same time, Boomers and Gen X professionals are beginning to transition out of many roles while Millennials and Gen Z continue to reshape expectations around communication, technology, workplace culture, and professional growth.

    Often referred to as digital natives, these younger generations ((Ys, Zs & Alphas) grew up with the internet, smartphones, and constant connectivity as a normal part of daily life. This environment has influenced how they gather information, communicate, make decisions, and approach their careers.

    In this session, we will explore what defines each generation, including the cultural and economic events that shaped their outlook. We will also examine how different generations approach leadership, communication, technology, media, and money.

    Most importantly, we will discuss practical ways to bridge generational differences so teams can work together more effectively. Attendees will leave with a better understanding of how each generation thinks, what motivates them, and how agencies can strengthen collaboration across generations as the industry continues to evolve.
