Drawing on his extensive experience in professional sports and life, Ben Zobrist discusses the importance of leadership and teamwork, sharing insights on how to foster a collaborative and supportive team environment and how to persevere in the face of adversity.

Ben Zobrist is a former Major League Baseball (MLB) star and a two-time World Series champion (Including 2016 World Series MVP), renowned for his versatility and leadership on the field. Over his illustrious 14-year career, he played for teams including the Tampa Bay Rays, Oakland Athletics, Kansas City Royals, and Chicago Cubs, earning three All-Star selections. Known for his strategic approach to baseball and ability to play multiple positions effectively, Zobrist brought a unique blend of skill and adaptability to the game.

Off the field, Zobrist founded a nonprofit organization called Champion Forward that exists to help teenage athletes, parents and coaches improve their mental wellbeing and increase confidence. As a speaker, he communicates passionately about leadership, teamwork, overcoming adversity, and the importance of maintaining balance for a healthy professional and personal life. His engaging storytelling and real-world insights offer valuable lessons that extend well beyond the sports arena. He is also on the board of the American Psychiatric Association.
